Inspections

At Dynamic Property Management, we consider inspections to be the cornerstone of effective property management.

In addition to the move-in inspection, we will also inspect your property 90 days after occupancy.  We use this inspection to ensure the tenant is abiding by the terms of their lease and assess how the tenant is looking after your property.  If necessary, we take this opportunity to reset expectations, reminding the tenant of their responsibilities.  If a lease renewal is agreed with your tenant, we will perform a renewal inspection prior to executing the new lease being signed.  Using the original move-in inspection as the baseline condition we consider how the tenant is looking after your property and whether a new lease should be signed.  Understanding that the landlord has effective oversight in place will encourage the tenant to stick to the terms of their lease and look after your property  For your convenience, all inspection reports, including photos and comments are stored in your Rental Owner Portal. You have access to this information 24/7, 365 days a year.
